Holiday Rentals

Note: Deposit 30% payable at time of booking.  Balance due 8 weeks before departure.  Any breakages must be paid for. If the property has been left in a condition that necessitates cleaning over and above the norm this must be paid for.  A refundable deposit must be paid of 250 euros with the final payment.  This will be refunded within 2 weeks after end of rental assuming neither of the above two conditions apply.

No animals.  No smoking.

Arrival normally between 4pm and 7pm.  Departure by 10.00am. Changeover day Saturday.

Flexible start  and finish days are possible at certain times.

Long term rentals considered.

The prices are quoted in Euros and we normally expect payment in Euros.  The conversion chart below is for your guidance.
