Villa les Hauts is a luxury newly built cut stone property built in the traditional style, on a small exclusive prize-winning development overlooking the old village of Durban Corbières in the Languedoc region of Southern France.

The accommodation consists of two double and one twin bedroom, one en suite shower/WC and a further bathroom and WC, living/dining room and kitchen, private heated swimming pool, sun deck, barbecue and terraces for relaxing outdoor dining. The house is furnished very comfortably to a high standard. There is Sky UK Satellite TV, DVD player and DVD library.In the kitchen there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, micro wave oven and conventional electric oven and hob.

Outside seating for 6 in a sheltered terrace, with a landscaped garden with additional seating areas and views of the medieval Cathar Castle of Durban Corbières. Teak deck with heated swimming pool and solar heated shower.

The village is only a five minute walk via footpaths from the Domaine.

An ideal place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun or to visit historic Cathar country or the Corbières wine region with many vineyards open to visitors. Alternatively head for La Franqui with its long sandy beach only half an hour away. There are shops and a bank in the village for your everyday needs.
